Nice! I like the lop-sidedness of it and the dragon seems so friendly -not to mention that the flowers are very pretty <3
I think you could have made the picture more interesting to the viewer by being more detailed with the bg (the only thing truly clear here are the flowers and dragon but it's not clear where they are and what the dragon is standing on*) as well as making the dragons pose more lively.

Using a bit of a 3/4 view on the dragons head might also heighten the sense of (semi-)realism.
Try to get a better grip on anatomy as well (there is no real bonstructure visible in the fore- and hindlegs).
As for the colouring itself I think that you should not press down as hard and instead focus on creating good light/shadow (there aren't any highlights on the leaves and no shadow at all on the dragon which makes it look flat).
*If the dragon was meant to look as though it's flying you should angle the wings to the side, not straight up.
